Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 business hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within Europe takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. International orders outside Europe arrive within 7 to 10 business days. These estimates are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight. Promotional free shipping, when active, is applied automatically.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also follow your order from your customer account.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time or arrives damaged, contact us at lbessanthem@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
