Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear or alteration are not eligible.

How to start a return

Email us at lbessanthem@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will be notified by email when the refund is processed.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, except for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Defective items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
